Announcing My New Course — Ace the Behavioral Interview
A new on-demand course distilling 15+ years of hiring-manager experience and hundreds of coaching sessions into a structured prep plan for the part of the interview where most candidates leave the offer on the table.

I’m excited to announce my new course, Ace the Behavioral Interview.
You’re an experienced professional who’s great at what you do. But performing well in a job interview takes different skills and a great preparation strategy.
In most interviews you’ll be asked behavioral (“tell me about a time…”) questions, and they are SO important. They’re your chance to set yourself apart and to demonstrate that your experience reflects the appropriate scope, complexity, and impact for the level you’re targeting. They’re often the key to getting hired — and hired at the level you deserve.
Why I built it
In my 15+ years as a hiring manager I’ve conducted over a thousand interviews at great companies, including Amazon, where I was an interviewer bar raiser. I led interview panels for diverse teams (engineering, product, operations, sales, marketing, design, program management, etc.), interviewing candidates for individual-contributor and management positions.
Then I started doing private coaching, helping job seekers prepare for their upcoming interviews — and it was enlightening. Over hundreds of coaching sessions with talented professionals I started to figure out what effective interview preparation looks like.
My takeaways:
👉 Most people don’t perform well in the job interview — not because they’re not qualified to do the job, but because they don’t truly know what interviewers are looking for, or they don’t have a solid preparation strategy.
👉 You can greatly increase your odds of getting hired by preparing effectively, in advance, for your interviews.
This is why I created this course. To help you avoid the mistakes that are easily correctable with a solid preparation plan. To distinguish yourself from the other qualified candidates and land the offer.
What’s in it
The course covers all aspects of interview preparation with a special focus on behavioral, because that’s where you’ll find the biggest opportunities to impress. It’s for you if you’re great at what you do and want a structured, expert-led approach to interview preparation. My background is in tech, but the methods work for any position where behavioral questions are considered interviewing best practice (most of them).
Things I cover:
- ✅ Common candidate misconceptions and the interviewer’s perspective
- ✅ Leveraging a story bank — why you don’t need to care which questions you’ll be asked
- ✅ Crafting stories for maximum impact (going well beyond the STAR method that most candidates use)
- ✅ Giving an effective personal pitch
- ✅ The best questions to ask your interviewers and future manager
- ✅ Techniques for the day of the interview to stay relaxed, focused, and confident
👉 At its core, the course teaches you to showcase your best self and relay the proudest moments of your career effectively, so you can stand out and land your dream job.
