I spent 17+ years in tech leadership at companies including Amazon, Snap, and IMDb — managing teams, managing managers, advising executives, and building organizations through rapid growth and high-stakes change.
I served as an Amazon Bar Raiser. In this role I evaluated talent across the entire company, calibrated hiring decisions, and upheld the highest bar in every hiring panel I sat on. As a hiring manager, I conducted over 1,000 interviews and have a deep understanding of what separates good candidates from great ones.
The work I most wanted to do as a leader — helping senior people overcome what's holding them back and step into what they're capable of — is now the work I do full-time.
I'm an ICF-credentialed executive and career coach (ACC) and hold the Certified Executive Coach (CEC) designation. My mission is to help leaders rise to the pivotal moments in their careers and have lasting impact on their teams and organizations.
