I spent 17+ years in tech leadership at companies including Amazon, Snap, and IMDb — managing teams, managing managers, advising executives, and building organizations through rapid growth and high-stakes change.
At Amazon, I was a Bar Raiser: trained to evaluate talent across the entire company, calibrate hiring decisions, and uphold the highest bar in every interview loop I joined. As a hiring manager throughout my career, I've conducted over 1,000 leadership interviews and have a deep, calibrated sense of what separates good candidates from great ones.
The work I most wanted to do as a leader — helping senior people overcome what's holding them back and step into the impact they're capable of — is the work I now do full-time.
I'm an ICF-credentialed executive and career coach (ACC) and hold the Certified Executive Coach (CEC) designation.
